“双高计划”下高职教育高质量发展的逻辑、向度与路径 被引量:12

摘要 高质量发展是高职教育的新起点与新征程,符合国家经济建设的历史逻辑、耦合类型教育属性的价值逻辑、契合人才需求升级的实践逻辑。"双高计划"的提出为高职高质量发展指明了方向,在"双高计划"背景下,高职高质量发展应坚持办学定位有"高度"、专业群建设有"精度"、产教融合有"深度"、人才输出有"认可度"。高职高质量发展应拓展实践路径,坚持育人为本,落实立德树人根本任务;引领发展,重构专业群体系;双向赋能,推进校企"命运共同体"建设;服务升级,打造智慧育人环境;质量先行,完善制度体系建设;德技兼修,强化"双师五能";扩大开放,提升国际化发展水平,助力高职教育打赢提质升级攻坚战。 High-quality development is a new starting point and a new journey of higher vocational education,which conforms to the historical logic of national economic construction,the value logic of coupling type of educational attributes,and the practical logic of meeting the needs and upgrading of talents.The“double-high plan”is the most powerful strategic measure to promote the highquality development of higher vocational education,the four dimensions of high-quality development are“height”of school-running orientation,“precision”of specialty group construction,“depth”of integration of industry and education,and“recognition”of talent output.To boost the high-quality development of higher vocational education,we should expand the practice path,adhere to the principle of“educating people first”,fulfill the basic task of“cultivating people with virtue”,guide the development and reconstruct the professional group system,double-way empowerment,promote the construction of“community of shared future”between schools and enterprises,upgrade services and create an environment of intelligent education,and give priority to quality,improve the system construction,improve both moral and technical skills,strengthen the“double-skill teachers’five abilities”,open wider to the outside world,and help higher vocational education win the battle of upgrading quality.
