双创教育驱动高职教育高质量发展的耦合逻辑、策略及路径

On Internal Logic,Mode and Strategy of Entrepreneurship and Innovation Education Integrating into High-quality Development of Higher Vocational Education

高职教育肩负着新时代人力资源供给侧结构性改革、培养大批具有创新精神和创业意识的大国工匠和能工巧匠的重要使命,而双创教育作为培养大学生创新精神、创业意识和创新创业能力的重要途径,与高质量发展要求下的高职教育具有很高的耦合度,但现实中高职院校对双创教育在认识上还存在误区、实践上存在困惑。要使双创教育真正成为高职教育高质量发展的驱动力量,就需要重新厘清双创教育在职业教育中的本质内涵和价值定位,梳理双创教育驱动高职教育高质量发展的内在逻辑,从目标、内容、过程及评价四个方面制定高职双创人才培养策略,在宏观、中观、微观三个层面和管理、业务两个维度探索双创教育驱动高职教育高质量发展的实施路径。

Higher vocational education shoulders the important mission of structural reform of human resources supply side in the new era and the training of a large number of craftsmen and capable craftsmen with innovative spirit and entrepreneurial consciousness.As an important way to cultivate college students'innovative spirit,entrepreneurial consciousness and innovative and entrepreneurial ability,Innovative and entrepreneurial education is highly coupled with higher vocational education under the requirement of high-quality development.However,in reality,higher vocational colleges still have misunderstandings and perplexity in the practice of innovative and entrepreneurial education.If Innovative and entrepreneurial education is to become the driving force for the high-quality development of higher vocational education,it is necessary to re-clarify the essential connotation and value positioning of innovative and entrepreneurial education in vocational education,and sort out the internal logic of innovative and entrepreneurial education to promote the high-quality development of higher vocational education.Formulate a strategy for cultivating talents in high vocational education from the four aspects of goal,content,process and evaluation,from three perspectives of macro,meso and micro,and the management and business levels to explore the realization path of high-quality development promoting higher vocational education development.
