职业教育视域下德国教师教育标准的规制作用研究 被引量:7

摘要 德国教师教育体系完善而规范、职业教育与职业研究扎实而成熟,处于两类研究领域交叉地带的职教教师教育在标准化下颇具特色。以职教教师教育为例,展开对德国教师教育标准的探讨,宏观形象标准的树立、实施流程标准的确立以及辅助措施标准的建立保证了教师教育在联邦范围的流动性和贯通性。兼顾统领性和自主性、兼备整体性和专业性、兼容制度性和人本性的德国教师教育标准的规制作用对我国职教教师教育具有如下借鉴意义:一是完善我国职教教师教育框架;二是构建我国职教教师教育标准规制体系。 In Germany,the teacher education system is perfect and standardized,the vocational education and professional research are solid and mature.The vocational teacher education in the intersection between these two research fields is quite characteristic under standardization.Taking vocational teacher education as an example,the establishment of standards(macroscopical image,implementation process and supporting measures)is to ensure the mobility and continuity of vocational education teachers in the federal scope.The standards of vocational teacher education in Germany that take into account the duality and autonomy,the integrity and professionalism,the compatibility with the system and the human nature,have the following reference to the vocational teacher education in China:optimize vocational teacher education framework and build standard regulatory system for vocational teacher education.
