设计参数对磁障耦合式初级永磁直线电动机 性能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 基于电动机的磁场调制机理,提出一种新型磁障耦合式初级永磁直线电动机,相比于直线异步电动机,该电动机具有推力大、噪音低、功率因数高等突出优点,特别适用于长行程轨道交通驱动系统.在分析了电动机的结构和运行机理的基础上,采用等效磁路法对电动机的等效速度、气隙等效磁通密度、推力等性能参数进行了解析分析;设计了初级槽为6,电枢绕组极数为2,永磁体极数分别为6、12、18、24、36的5种典型结构的磁障耦合式初级永磁直线电动机.进行了参数化建模和磁场性能分析,利用傅里叶分解比较分析了不同槽极配合的有效磁场含量,对气隙磁通密度、绕组反电动势、空载定位力进行了对比.研究电流大小对静态电磁推力的影响,与普通凸极初级永磁型直线电动机进行电磁性能对比,验证了新型磁障耦合式初级永磁直线电动机具有良好的性能. Based on the working principle of magnetic field modulation,a new type of magnetic barrier coupling primary permanent magnet linear motor(MBCPPMLM)is proposed.Compared with linear induction motors,this motor has the outstanding advantages of large thrust,low noise,high power factor which is especially suitable for long-term rail transit.Based on the analysis of the structure and operating mechanism of the motor,the equivalent magnetic circuit method is used to analyze the performance parameters of the motor such as equivalent speed,air gap equivalent magnetic density,and thrust force.Five typical structures of MBCPPMLM with 6 primary slots armature winding poles of 2,and permanent magnet poles of 6,12,18,24,and 36 are designed for parametric modeling and magnetic field performance analysis.Fourier decomposition is used to compare and analyze the effective magnetic field content of different slot poles.The air gap magnetic density,winding back electromotive force,and no-load positioning force are compared.The effect of the current on the static electromagnetic thrust is compared with that of ordinary salient poles.The comparison of the electromagnetic performance of the ordinary salient poles primary permanent magnet linear motor verifies that the new magnetic barrier coupled primary permanent magnet linear motor has good performance.
