摘要
政务服务是政府治理的重要方式,是国家治理体系的重要组成部分,是提升国家治理能力现代化的重要方面。梳理了作为政府公众服务窗口的政府热线的发展历程,分析了国家治理能力现代化建设中政府热线的定位、基本框架,探讨了政府热线的发展方向和创新应用,提出了未来政府热线的发展建议。
Government service is of great importance to government governance,national governance system,and modernization of national governance capabilities.This paper reviews the development process of government hotline as a public service platform,analyses the positioning and basic framework of government hotline in the modernization of national governance capacity,discusses the development directions and innovative applications,and puts forward suggestions for future development.
