新一轮科技革命和产业变革加速推进,促使数字经济逐步成为经济发展的核心动能。由基础设施相对落后、应用能力相对匮乏导致的贫困地区数字鸿沟现象日益凸显,成为制约贫困人口共享技术进步红利、实现脱贫致富的重要因素。因此,积极引导数字资源要素向贫困地区聚焦,全面改善贫困人口数字应用能力,帮助贫困地区跨越“数字鸿沟”拥抱“数字红利”,是助力贫困人口脱贫的有效方式。

With the development of information technologies and new industrial revolution,digital economy has become the core driving force of economic development.Digital divide in poverty areas,which is caused by relatively underdeveloped infrastructure and insufficient digital skills,is becoming increasingly prominent.In this paper,it figures out that the digital divide has become one of the most important factors that prevent the poor from sharing the dividend of technological progress and setting out on a road to prosperity.Therefore,it is an effective way to help the poor get rid of poverty by improving their digital skills and accelerating the digitalization of poor areas.
