聚甘油脂肪酸酯的合成及性能研究

Synthesis and Properties Study of Polyglycerol Fatty Acid Esters

通过单因素实验,得到聚甘油脂肪酸酯的最佳制备工艺条件:氮气保护下,加入6%的催化剂氢氧化钠,在温度240℃、压力0.08MPa的条件下反应4h,得到淡黄色、聚合度为4.79的聚甘油。以聚甘油和月桂酸摩尔质量比为1∶1的投加量,加入1.5%的氢氧化钠,在240℃、0.08MPa的条件下反应,得到聚甘油脂肪酸酯的产率是69.5%。最后将聚甘油脂肪酸酯应用于洗手液的配制。

The optimum preparation conditions of polyglycerol fatty acid ester were optimized by single factor experiment:under the protection of nitrogen,6% sodium hydroxide was added,the temperature was 240℃,and the reaction time was 4h under pressure 0.08MPa,then the light yellow polyglycerol with a polymerization degree of 4.79 was obtained.The yield of polyglycerol fatty acid ester was 69.5% when the molar ratio of polyglycerol to lauric acid was 1:1,1.5%sodium hydroxide was added,and the reaction temperature was 240℃,under 0.08MPa.Finally,the preparedpolyglycerol fatty acid ester was applied to the preparation of hand sanitizer.
