摘要
以高效液相色谱法测定复合维生素B中B2含量的方法为参比方法,采用近红外分析技术,结合偏最小二乘法,分别建立了药物复合维B中B2含量的定量分析模型(模型1)和保健品B族维生素中B2含量的定量分析模型(模型2)。用模型1检测药物复合维B中B2的含量,预测结果为:绝对误差在-0.10%~0.13%之间,相对误差在-4.66%~6.28%之间。用模型2检测保健品B族维生素中B2的含量,预测结果为:绝对误差在-0.01%~0.11%之间,相对误差在-3.22%~5.42%之间。建立了一种快速、准确地检测复合维生素B中B2含量的新方法。
High performance liquid chromatography was applied as a reference method to determine the B2 content in complex vitamin B,used near-infrared analysis technology combined with partial least squares,the quantitative analysis model for the B2 content in the drug multivitamin B(model 1)and B vitamins of health products(model 2)was established,respectively.Model 1 was used to detect the B2 content in the drug multivitamin B,the prediction result was:the absolute error was between-0.10%~0.13%,and the relative error was between-4.66%~6.28%.Model 2 was used to detect the B2 content in the health products B vitamins,the prediction result was:the absolute error was between-0.01%~0.11%,and the relative error was between-3.22%~5.42%.A rapid and accurate method for the determination of B2 in multivitamin B was established.
