氯化铁废液水热法制备聚合氯化铁的实验研究 被引量:1

摘要 用氯化铁废液制备了聚合氯化铁(PFC),采用单因素实验,研究了铁离子浓度、制备体系的pH、聚合时间、聚合温度、室温熟化时间对产物去浊率的影响,获得的优化工艺条件为:铁离子浓度为0.50mol·L^-1,制备体系的pH=1.0,聚合时间为3h,聚合温度为45℃,室温熟化时间为18h。实验结果表明,用氯化铁废液制备PFC是可行的。 The poly ferric chloride was prepared with from waste liquid contained iron ions,and the effects of iron ion concentration,pH value of the preparation system,polymerization time,polymerization temperature and room temperature aging time on the turbidity removal ratio of the products were studied by single factor experiments.The optimum technological conditions were obtained as followed:the concentration of iron ion was 0.50mol/L,the pH value of the preparation system was 1.0,the polymerization time was 3h,the polymerization temperature was 45℃,and the room temperature aging time was 18h.The product prepared under the optimized conditions was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR).The results showed that the product was poly ferric chloride.
