摘要
为满足二代杉木良种生长的养分需求,筛选出二代杉木良种苗木的最佳施肥配方,以经遗传改良的半年生二代杉木良种实生苗为试验材料,采用"3414"试验设计进行配方施肥盆栽试验,通过综合营养诊断施肥法(DRIS)和肥料效应函数进行配方施肥研究。结果表明:DRIS分析得出,氮(N)、磷(P)、钾(K)的最优养分浓度比例是2.06∶1∶1.76;肥料效应函数计算得出,无微肥处理的N、P、K理论最佳施肥量分别为0.407、0.193和0.262 g·kg^-1,有微肥处理的N、P、K理论最佳施肥量分别为0.474、0.214和0.273 g·kg^-1。施微肥对杉木苗体内养分含量的平衡和苗木生长有重要作用。
This study aimed to screen the best formula for the fertilization of a second-generation improved variety of Chinese fir seedlings,meet the nutrient requirements for their growth,and provide a scientific basis for the development of Chinese fir seedling formula fertilizers based on a half-year-old Chinese fir that was cultivated in the second-generation seed garden.Real seedlings were used as test materials.The"3414"test design was used to conduct the formula fertilization pot test for the seedlings,and the formula fertilization research was conducted through the diagnosis and recommendation integrated system(DRIS)and fertilizer effect function.Results show that the DRIS obtained the optimal nutrient concentration ratio of nitrogen,phosphorus,and potassium of 2.06∶1∶1.76.The theoretically optimal fertilization amounts of N,P and K in the no micro-fertilizer treatment were 0.407,0.193,and 0.262 g·kg^-1,respectively;and,in the case of micro-fertilizer treatment,the optimal theoretical fertilizer rates for N,P,and K in the micro-fertilizer treatment were 0.474,0.214 and 0.273 g·kg^-1,respectively.The application of micro-fertilizer has an important effect on the balance of nutrient content in Chinese fir seedlings and their growth.
