摘要
较之于普通的民用建筑,超高层建筑的建设周期与使用年限均较长,设计取值问题一直是超高层建筑空间的关键问题,空间设计取值既需满足当前使用需求,又要适应未来的空间使用方式,一直以来对上述取值的判断有赖于对既有案例的评价以及设计者的主观臆测,难以确保其准确性和说服力。平行坐标与人的主观判断相结合的方式为聚类分析提供了前置条件,该方法的应用为超高层设计取值问题的解决提供了可能。为了解决超高层建筑空间取值的科学性问题,本研究拟通过平行坐标及聚类分析对长沙地区18栋超高层建筑标准层空间数据进行归类,整理为不同规模的"取值集",研究为新建超高层建筑项目提供相应类别的数据模型,为后续的超高层功能空间提供量化的取值参考,提高超高层建筑空间的长效适应性。
Compared with ordinary civil buildings,the construction period and service life of super high-rise buildings are longer,and the design value problem directly related to the building space is a key issue.Whether the value of space design is appropriate or not involves both current and current.The satisfaction of the use of demand is closely related to its potential adaptability to the future use of space.The judgment of the above values has always relied on the evaluation of existing cases and the subjective speculation of the designers,and it is difficult to ensure its accuracy and persuasiveness.The way of human subjective feeling and the technology of parallel coordinate processing data provides a reasonable basis for the cluster analysis process.The application of this method provides the possibility to solve the design value problem of super high-rise.In order to solve the scientific problem of the value of super high-rise building space,this study intends to interpret and rearrange the structure of the spatial data of 18 super high-rise buildings in Changsha by parallel coordinate clustering analysis,and transform it into a standard“value set”.The study provides an operational data model for new projects,providing quantitative reference for subsequent high-rise functional spaces and improving the long-term adaptability of super-tall building spaces.
