摘要
随着我国城市规模的不断扩大,人们生活质量的不断提升,对于居住条件的要求也越来越高,建筑行业迎来了新的发展机遇,同时也面临着新的挑战。在环保意识越来越强的当下,统筹兼顾建筑建造全过程中的节能、经济、环保等要素,一直是现代建筑行业不断探索的方向。装配式建筑因其具有节能环保等优点越来越受到建筑行业的青睐。建筑信息模型(BIM)技术依托数字信息模拟仿真,能够对建筑设计、建造、运维、拆除阶段进行全面模拟,在装配式建筑中应用BIM技术,可以将装配式建筑的优势更好地扩大化,实现装配式建筑向绿色、环保、信息化的方向发展,以期对装配式建筑乃至整个建筑行业带来良好效益。本文认为基于BIM技术的装配式建筑设计的研究有着重要意义。
With the continuous expansion of urban scale and the continuous improvement of people's quality of life,the requirements for living conditions will be higher and higher.The construction industry has ushered in new opportunities for development,but also faces new challenges.With the growing awareness of environmental protection,it has always been the direction of modern construction industry to comprehensively consider the energy-saving,economic,environmental protection and other elements in the whole process of building construction.Because of its advantages of energy conservation and environmental protection,prefabricated buildings are more and more favored by the construction industry.Building information model(BIM)relies on digital information simulation,which can comprehensively simulate the stages of building design,construction,operation and maintenance,and demolition.The application of BIM Technology in the assembly building can better expand the advantages of the assembly building,and realize the development of the assembly building to the direction of green,environmental protection,and information technology,so as to achieve the whole construction industry of the assembly building Industry brings good benefits.In this paper,the research of assembly building design based on BIM Technology is of great significance.
