Discussion on Problems and Solutions of“Sponge City”Construction——Taking Zhangzhou Sponge City Construction as an Example

在我国城镇化快速发展进程中,不合理的规划建设产生了一系列城市水问题。海绵城市建设是城市发展的一次重要转型,也是可持续发展的具体落实。本文在梳理海绵城市内涵的基础上,对当前海绵城市建设存在的普遍问题进行分析,并以漳州市的实践为例,探讨了海绵城市的规划建设方法。

In the process of rapid urbanization in China,unreasonable planning and construction has produced a series of urban water problems.Sponge city construction is an important transformation of urban development and a concrete implementation of sustainable development.On the basis of combing the connotation of sponge city,this paper analyzes the common problems existing in the current sponge city construction,and discusses the planning and construction method of "sponge city" by taking the practice of zhangzhou city as an example.
