乡村振兴背景下历史文化名村的保护及复兴——以贵州省安顺市云山屯为例

Protection and Revival of Historical and Cultural Villages in the Background of Rural Rejuvenation——Taking Yunshantun,Anshun City,Guizhou Province as an Example

2019年12月23日,中国社科院发布的《2020年社会蓝皮书》中指出:2019年我国城镇化水平继续提高,城镇化率首次超过60%,进入城市社会时代。改革开放后我国城镇化速度不断加快,尤其是20世纪90年代后,城镇化由沿海向内陆全面展开,在取得缩小区域差距、增加城市数量等成效的同时,城镇化也带来了大量亟需解决的问题,如城乡发展不平衡、历史文化名村传统风貌遭到破坏、人居环境恶化等。本文立足于实地调研,进一步分析贵州省安顺市云山屯人居环境现状及成因,从而提出科学、可行的保护及复兴方案。

On December 23,2019,the"Social Blue Book 2020"issued by the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences pointed out that the level of urbanization in China will continue to increase in 2019,and the urbanization rate will exceed 60%for the first time,entering the era of urban society.After the reform and opening up,the speed of urbanization in China has continued to accelerate.Especially since the 1990s,urbanization has been fully developed from the coast to the inland.While achieving the results of reducing regional disparities and increasing the number of cities,urbanization has also brought a lot of problems that need urgent solutions,such as the uneven development of urban and rural areas,the destruction of the traditional style of famous historical and cultural villages,and the deterioration of the living environment.Based on field investigations,this article further analyzes the current status and causes of human settlements in Yunshantun,Anshun City,Guizhou Province,and proposes a scientific and feasible protection and restoration plan.
