摘要
具备技术性与功能性特征的基础设施,深刻影响了当今城市的功能形态和空间肌理,并越来越多地与城市公共空间相整合,有效提升了空间活力和环境品质。文章阐述了作为城市公共空间重要组成要素的慢性交通设施的概念内涵及属性,强调了其作为城市公共空间重要载体的形态多样性和功能复合型特征。并以荷兰乌得勒支欧米茄桥为例,通过系统解析其设计理念和空间操作策略,阐述了项目作为城市公共空间的整合器,在保证其交通基础设施职能的前提下,如何与不同功能体整合,以强化其作为公共活动和景观空间重要组成要素。将城市基础设施的设计和建造与城市设计思维关联,体现公共性、生态性以及美学性等多重价值,以实现城市空间发展的公共性和多元性。
Infrastructure with technical and functional characteristics has a profound impact on the functional form and spatial texture of today's cities,and more and more integrated with urban public space,effectively improving the spatial vitality and environmental quality.This paper expounds the concept,connotation and attribute of chronic traffic facilities as an important component of urban public space,and emphasizes its form diversity and function complex characteristics as an important carrier of urban public space.Taking Omega bridge in Utrecht,the Netherlands as an example,through systematic analysis of its design concept and spatial operation strategy,this paper expounds how the project,as the integrator of urban public space,integrates with different functional bodies on the premise of ensuring its traffic infrastructure function,so as to strengthen its role as an important component of public activities and landscape space.Connect the design and construction of urban infrastructure with urban design thinking,embody the multiple values of publicity,ecology and aesthetics,so as to realize the publicity and diversity of urban space development.
