摘要
城市迅速发展的模式下,部分城市已呈现高密度发展的趋势,超高层城市综合体应运而生,如何在这类型建筑中运用绿色设计手段,实现可持续化理念是当下国家新型城镇化道路对城市建设的新要求。本文分析了超高层城市综合体的绿色设计手段,并以长沙城际空间站项目为例,介绍了立体空间、海绵城市等设计手段在项目中的运用,对项目的主要绿色建筑技术进行模拟结果对比分析,以期在高密度城市发展下的绿色建筑设计道路上起到一定的借鉴作用。
Under the mode of rapid urban development,some cities have shown the trend of high-density development.The super high-rise urban complex emerges as the times require.How to use green design means in this type of building and realize the concept of sustainability is the new requirement of the new urbanization road for urban construction.The paper analyzes the green design means of super high-rise urban complex,and takes Changsha intercity space station project as an example,introduces the application of three-dimensional space,sponge city and other design means in the project,and makes a comparative analysis of the simulation results of the main green building technologies of the project.In order to play a certain reference role in the green building design road under the development of high-density cities.
