摘要
为了实现物业资产的智能化管理,提出基于物联网RFID技术的物业资产管理模型。首先设计物业资产管理体系的总体构架,采用物联网RFID技术进行物业资产管理体系的大数据分析和挖掘,然后进行物业资产管理的过程控制,结合物联网RFID技术进行物业资产管理的特征检测和信息融合,采用统计分析方法进行物业资产管理的组网设计和标签识别,实现物业资产管理体系结构优化。仿真结果表明,采用该方法进行物业资产管理的特征分辨能力较好,数据挖掘能力较强,提高了物业资产管理的主动识别和综合管理能力。
In order to realize the intelligent management of property assets,a property asset management model based on the RFID technology of the IoT is proposed.Firstly,the overall structure of the property asset management system is designed by using the IoT RFID technology to perform big data analysis and mining of the property asset management system.Then,the process control of the property asset management is performed by combine with the Internet of Things RFID technology to carry out the feature detection and information of the property asset management Convergence.Statistical analysis methods is used for network design and label identification of property asset management to optimize the structure of property asset management system.The simulation results show that the method used in this method for property asset management has better feature resolution capabilities and stronger data mining capabilities,which improves the active identification and comprehensive management capabilities of property asset management.
