益气固脱类中药注射剂联合左西孟旦治疗心力衰竭疗效和安全性的Meta分析

Meta-analysis on the efficacy and safety of Yiqi Gude Chinese medicine injection combined with levosimendan in the treatment of heart failure

目的 评价益气固脱类中药注射剂联合左西孟旦治疗心力衰竭的疗效和安全性.方法 采用计算机检索PubMed、Cochrane Library、中国知网、万方数据库、维普数据库(检索时限为建库至2019-4-23),收集使用益气固脱类中药注射剂联合左西孟旦对比单用左西孟旦治疗心力衰竭疗效的相关研究,应用RevMan5.3软件对数据进行Meta分析.结果 共纳入10篇研究,涉及2种益气固脱类中药注射剂:参附注射液、参麦注射液,共1020例患者.Meta分析结果显示:益气固脱类中药注射剂联合左西孟旦治疗的患者在心功能改善总有效率和左心室射血分数(LVEF)、心排血量(CO)的改善及脑钠肽(BNP)和超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)的下降均优于单用左西孟旦治疗,两者间差异有统计学意义,且发生不良事件未见显著差异.结论 益气固脱类中药注射剂联合左西孟旦治疗心力衰竭,可以提高患者心脏射血功能,降低炎症因子及BNP,临床疗效优于单纯使用左西孟旦治疗,且不增加不良反应事件.

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Yiqi Gutuo Chinese medicine injection combined with levosimendan in the treatment of heart failure.Methods In this study,a computer search of PubMed,Cochrane Library,China HowNet,Wanfang Database,and Weipu database(the search period is from January to 2019-04-23)was conducted.Relevant studies on the efficacy of levosimendan in the treatment of heart failure were performed using the RevMan5.3 software for meta-analysis.Results A total of 10 studies were included,involving 2 kinds of Yiqi Gude Chinese medicine injections:Shenfu injection and Shenmai injection,a total of 1020 patients.Meta analysis results show that patients treated with Yiqi Gude type traditional Chinese medicine injection combined with levosimendan have improved cardiac function,left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),and cardiac output(CO).)And the decrease of Brain Natriuretic Peptide(BNP)and Hypersensitive C-reactive Protein(hs-CRP)were better than those treated with Levosimendan alone.There is a statistical difference between the two.Significantly,and there were no significant differences in adverse events.Conclusion Yiqigutu Chinese medicine injection combined with Levosimendan in the treatment of heart failure can improve the patient's cardiac ejection function and reduce inflammatory factors and BNP.The clinical effect is better than that of Levosimendan alone without increasing adverse events.
