摘要 相控阵天线阵面的性能受到多方面因素的影响,根据理论模型,仿真分析了收发通道幅相误差对天线阵面性能的影响:收发通道幅相误差越大,副瓣偏离理想副瓣电平的程度越大。针对常规的收发通道幅相校正效果一般的问题,提出了一种改善相控阵雷达收发通道幅相误差的校准方法,该方法根据已测阵面方向图数据进行反推迭代,对初步收发通道幅相校正后的幅相误差进行修正,建立了数学模型并进行了理论推导和仿真分析,最后通过实测数据验证了正确性。 The array performance of phased-array antenna is affected by many factors.According to theoretical model,the effect of amplitude-phase error of transceiver channel on the performance of antenna array is simulated and analyzed.The larger the amplitude-phase error of transceiver channel,the greater the degree of side-lobe deviation from the ideal side-lobe level.Aiming at the problem that the amplitude-phase correction effect for conventional transceiver channel is ordinary,a calibration method of improving amplitude-phase error of transceiver channel for phased-array radar is proposed.In this method,inverse iteration is carried through according to the pattern data of measured arrays,the amplitude-phase error after the initial amplitude-phase correction of transceiver channel is corrected,the mathematical model is established and the theoretical derivation and simulated analysis are performed.Finally,the correctness is verified through the measured data.
