环境应力筛选是剔除电子产品早期故障的重要方法,但常规环境应力筛选占用大量时间。研究了舰船电子产品故障发生的诱发环境因素及其影响,提出了高加速环境应力的筛选方法。

Environmental stress screening is an important method to eliminate the early faults of electronic products,but conventional environmental stress screening takes a lot of time.This paper studies the induced environmental factors and their effects on the failure of ship electronic products,puts forward the stress screening method in highly accelerated environment.
