摘要
高产酒专利菌株ZGJ-1(专利号ZL201210561882.X)是项目组从自然界分离纯化且育种而获得,用专利菌株ZGJ-1与其他3种酵母菌发酵特性及同化氮源、碳源能力进行比较。结果表明,项目组持有的专利菌株生长特性、同化氮源、碳源能力明显优于其他市售的酿酒酵母菌,该专利菌株具有应用价值和开发潜力。
ZGJ-1(Patent No.ZL201210561882.x)was isolated and purified from nature,the fermentation characteristics and the ability of assimilating nitrogen and carbon sources of the patented strain were compared with those of three other yeasts.The results showed that the growth characteristics,assimilating nitrogen and carbon resources of the patented strains were better than those of other saccharomyces cerevisiae.
