摘要
针对桶装水生产中铜绿假单胞菌、大肠菌群等微生物污染情况,结合桶装饮用水生产的工艺,并根据桶装饮用水生产实际,采用不同消毒剂对桶装饮用水生产过程中微生物的存活状况进行了检验,为桶装饮用水生产过程中选择适宜的消毒剂及方法提供依据,以降低桶装饮用水微生物指标超标的风险,提高产品质量。
According to the pollution of Pseudomonas aeruginosa,coliform and other microorganisms in bottled drinking water production,combined with the process of bottled drinking water production,and according to the actual production of bottled drinking water,different disinfectants were used to test the survival status of microorganisms in the process of bottled drinking water production.The results can provide a basis for selecting suitable disinfectants and methods in the production of bottled drinking water,so as to reduce the risk of microbial index exceeding the standard and improve product quality.
