新时代西藏法学教育发展与创新的逻辑进路

The Logical Course of Developing and Innovating Legal Education in Tibet in the New Era

新时代的西藏,面临着人民日益增长的美好生活需要和法治发展不充分及卓越法治人才缺失的矛盾。基于习近平总书记在西藏民族大学建校60周年贺信中的基本精神,文章围绕培养什么样的法治人才和怎么培养法治人才,将新时代西藏法学教育的使命定位于服务法治本位、社会稳定和文化传承,并提出从法学人才培养理念重塑、法学人才协同培养、“法学+X”人才培养模式、积极应对人工智能对传统法学教育的冲击及挑战和可持续发展法学教育五个方面,促进新时代西藏法学教育的发展和创新。

In the new era,Tibet is faced with the contradiction between the growing needs of the people for a bet⁃ter life and the inadequate development of the rule of law and the lack of outstanding talents of law.Based on the basic spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's congratulatory letter on the 60th anniversary of the founding of Xi⁃zang Minzu University,the article focuses on what kind of talents of law to foster and how to foster talents of law.Moreover,it puts forward the mission of law education in Tibet in the new era,which is to serve the rule of law,social stability and cultural heritage.This article also proposes that the development and innovation of legal edu⁃cation in Tibet in the new era can be promoted from the following five aspects:reshaping the concept of law tal⁃ent training,collaborative training of law talents,"law+X"talent training mode,actively responding to the im⁃pact and challenges of artificial intelligence on traditional law education,and the sustainable development of law education.
