林业资源是经济发展的重要部分,是十分重要的物资与生态资源,是实现发展的物资保障。同时,林业还是生态环境中必不可少的组成部分,不仅能涵养水源、防止水土流失,还能调节气候、挡风稳沙,减少环境污染,保护生态环境,促进人类持续发展。林业建设地顺利进行,需要林业造林技术与保护措施,维护林业生态系统的完整性与安全性,改善生态环境,促进林业经济发展。本文结合辽宁省宽甸满族自治县林业资源状况,对林业造林技术及林业保护措施进行了分析与讨论。

Forestry resources are an important part of economic development,they are very important material and ecological resources,and they are the material guarantee for realizing development.At the same time,forestry is an indispensable part of the ecological environment.It can not only conserve water and prevent soil erosion,but also regulate the climate,block wind and stabilize sand,reduce environmental pollution,protect the ecological environment,and continue human development.And the smooth progress of forestry construction,through forestry afforestation technology and forestry protection measures,can maintain the integrity and security of the forestry ecosystem,improve the ecological environment,and promote the development of forestry economy.This article analyzes and discusses forestry afforestation technology and forestry protection measures in light of the forestry resource status of Kuandian manchu autonomous county in Liaoning province.
