摘要
采用催化氧化法处理80 kt/a环己酮氧化尾气,净化后的高温高压气体经膨胀发电。处理后,非甲烷总烃的质量浓度由5 000~6 000 g/m3下降到<20 mg/m3,去除率99%以上,远优于GB 31571-2015排放指标,可直接排入大气。处理装置设温度监控系统和氮气保护系统,工艺安全、技术可靠,运行成本低、操作简便;既治理了氧化尾气对环境的污染,又充分利用了尾气中的能量,每年可产生效益约487.5万元,约3年可以收回成本。
Catalytic oxidation process was adopted for dealing with tail gas of 80kt/a Cyclohexanone.And the high temperaturepressure gas was used for power generation after purification and expansion.The mass concentration of non-methane total hydrocarbon was decreased from 5000-6000 g/m3 to less than 20 mg/m3.The result was far superior to the emission index of GB 31571—2015,therefore,the tail gas could discharged into air directly.The catalytic oxidation device was equipped Temperature Monitoring System and Nitrogen protection system for safety,stable and long term running.It is not only protecting environment,but utilize the energy of tail gas.Running the device could bring benefits about 4.87 million yuan per year and the investment recovery period is about 3 a.
