350 kt/a水煤浆制氨配套空分工艺设计

摘要 介绍了新建350 kt/a水煤浆气化制合成氨项目配套空分产品设置参数,分析了原料空气组分特点和流程选择,叙述了工艺流程组织、预冷和纯化设置、深冷原理与设置、主冷安全设置、换热器设置、汽轮机设置、自动化设计趋势等设计特点,采用流程软件进行模拟计算,给出了原料净化脱水脱碳量、理论塔板数、精馏操作压力和温度、入塔气液比例、汽轮机轴功率等关键参数,提出了汽轮机、空压机、增压机、膨胀机、低温液体泵等主要设备和厂商的选择方法,提出了类似工艺的一些共性和设计特点。 This paper introduced the setting parameters of supporting air separation products in the new 350kt/a coal water slurry gasification to synthetic ammonia project,analyzed the characteristics and process selection of raw air components,described the design characteristics of process organization,pre cooling and purification settings,deep cooling principle and settings,main cooling safety settings,heat exchanger settings,turbine settings,automation design trends,etc.,and used process software to model The specific values of the key parameters,such as the amount of raw material purification,dehydration and decarbonization,the number of theoretical trays,the operating pressure and temperature of distillation,the proportion of gas and liquid entering the tower,and the power of turbine shaft were given.The selection methods of main equipment and manufacturers,such as turbine,air compressor,supercharger,expander,low-temperature liquid pump were proposed.Some common features and design features of similar processes were put forward.
