类风湿性关节炎与抑郁症的相关性研究进展

Research progress on the correlation between rheumatoid arthritis and depression

多种免疫介导的炎性疾病与抑郁症并存,如类风湿性关节炎。它们在外周和中枢神经系统的相互联系增加了其共享病理生理机制的可能性。此外,类风湿性关节炎与抑郁症在免疫调节方面也有一定的相关性,多项临床试验结果也证实了这一观点。本文详细介绍了类风湿性关节炎与抑郁症之间的因果关系,并对炎症途径进行重点讨论;讨论抗改善类风湿性关节炎患者抑郁症的临床前研究以及目前所面临的挑战。

Various immune-mediated inflammatory diseases coexist with depression,such as rheumatoid arthritis.Their interconnectedness in the peripheral and central nervous systems increases the possibility that they have the same pathophysiological mechanisms.Also,rheumatoid arthritis and depression have a certain correlation in immunoregulation,which is confirmed by several clinical trial results.In this review,we introduce the causal relationship between rheumatoid arthritis and depression in detail,and focus on the inflammatory pathways.We also discuss the preclinical studies and current challenges on depression of patients with rheumatoid arthritis.
