社区教育可以满足社区居民多样化、个性化的学习需求,是推进现代终身教育体系和学习型社会构建的重要手段。“互联网+”时代,开放大学要强化服务意识、建立健全规章制度,运用信息技术手段,充分发挥社区教育功能,优化资源利用效率,服务扎根社区,面向社区居民,充分运用整合优质资源构建教育联盟、打造优质品牌、强化顶层设计、构建教师团队、结合学分银行推进成果转化等发展策略。
