摘要
幼儿教师媒介信息素养提升对幼儿教师专业发展具有重要作用。对Q市H区六所幼儿园进行调研发现存在:幼儿教师学历相对较低,整体媒介信息素养水平不均;幼儿教师媒介信息素养的培养不够系统化,组织学习形式单一;幼儿教师数量相对较少,且媒介素养认知有限;幼儿教师对于媒介信息素养的意识较强,但缺乏学习提升的机会等问题。进而从幼儿教师、幼儿园、高等院校、政府部门等方面多元化提出了提升幼儿教师媒介信息素养的策略,以助力乡村振兴战略的顺利实施。
The improvement of the media information literacy of preschool teachers plays an im⁃portant role in the professional development of preschool teachers.A survey of six kindergartens in District H of Q City has found that the educational background of these preschool teachers is relatively lower and the overall level of the media information literacy is uneven.The training of their media information literacy is not systematic enough and the learning form offered is single.The number of the preschool teachers is relatively less and their media literacy awareness is limited.Though they have a strong awareness of the media information literacy,they lack opportunities to learn and improve themselves.Furthermore,from the perspectives of the preschool teachers,kindergartens,colleges and universities and government sectors,a variety of strategies for improving the media information literacy of the preschool teachers has been proposed to help the smooth implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.
