活血消肿方在经皮撬拨复位克氏针内固定治疗SandersⅡ—Ⅲ型跟骨骨折术后的应用效果 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察经皮撬拨复位克氏针内固定术治疗SandersⅡ—Ⅲ型跟骨骨折患者术后应用活血消肿方的效果。方法将97例行经皮撬拨复位克氏针内固定术治疗的SandersⅡ—Ⅲ型跟骨骨折患者按随机数字表法分为2组:对照组48例术后按常规行功能恢复训练;观察组49例术后在常规行功能恢复训练基础上给予活血消肿方煎服。比较2组的临床效果及术前术后Bohler角、Gissane角、疼痛程度(VAS评分)、足部功能(Maryland评分)的变化情况。结果观察组术后Bohler角、Maryland评分及优良率显著高于对照组,Gissane角、VAS评分显著低于对照组,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经皮撬拨复位克氏针内固定术治疗SandersⅡ—Ⅲ型跟骨骨折患者术后给予活血消肿方,可有效促进患者Bohler角、Gissane角恢复,减轻术后疼痛,改善足部功能。 Objective To observe the efficacy of Huoxue Xiaozhong decoction in the treatment of SandersⅡ-Ⅲcalcaneal fractures with percutaneous reduction and Kirschner wire internal fixation.Methods A total of 97 patients who underwent percutaneous reduction and Kirschner wire internal fixation for SandersⅡ-Ⅲcalcaneal fractures were randomly given routine rehabilitation training alone(control group,n=48)or in combination with Huoxue Xiaozhong decoction(observation group,n=49).Bohler’s angle,Gissane angle,pain degree(VAS score)and foot function(Maryland score)were determined before and after treatment.Results Compared with control group,Bohler’s angle,Maryland score and total effective rate increased and Gissane angle and VAS score decreased in observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion Huoxue Xiaozhong decoction can effectively promote the recovery of Bohler’s and Gissane angles,reduce postoperative pain and improve foot function after percutaneous reduction and Kirschner wire internal fixation for SandersⅡandⅢcalcaneal fractures.
