摘要
百草枯(PQ)中毒可致机体多脏器功能受损,其中最主要的受损靶器官是肺,其毒理机制目前尚未完全阐明,迄今为止,仍缺乏特效解毒药,临床上主要以综合措施治疗为主。文章对PQ中毒机制及治疗进展作综述。
Paraquat(PQ)poisoning can cause damage to multiple organ functions.The most important target organ in PQ poisoning is the lung,and its toxicological mechanism has not yet been fully elucidated.At present,there is still no specific antidote against PQ poisoning,and clinical treatment is mainly based on comprehensive measures.This article reviews the mechanism and treatment of PQ poisoning.
