急性肾损伤(AKI)是重症医学病房临床常见危重症。近年来,AKI的病理生理机制、新型生物标记物、评分系统及模型等受到广泛关注。本文旨在对如何早期识别及诊断AKI,肾脏替代治疗(RRT)的个性化管理及AKI相关药物靶点的研发进行综述。

Acute kidney injury(AKI)is a common critical illness the intensive care unit.In recent years,the pathophysiology mechanism,new biomarkers,scoring systems,and prediction models for AKI have aroused widespread attention.This article briefly reviews the early identification and diagnosis of AKI,the personalized management of renal replacement therapy,and the development of new drug targets for AKI.
