摘要
文章介绍了电动调节阀的研究现状和工作原理,建立了小力矩阀门的开度控制数学模型,然后设计了单神经元PID控制器,并对其进行仿真研究。由仿真结果可知,单神经元PID控制能够使阀门开度控制的调节时间更短、超调量更小、抗干扰能力更强。
The research status and working principle of electric regulating valve were introduced.A mathematical model of opening control of small torque valve was established.A single neuron PID controller is designed and simulated.The simulation results showed that single neuron PID control could make the adjustment time of the valve opening control shorter,the amount of overshoot smaller,and the anti-interference ability stronger.
