柔性制造技术的研究与开发在小批量多品种的产品生产中具有重要优势,它能够灵活地改变生产工艺,为不同的产品提供不同的作业方法。因此文章在柔性制造仿真模拟技术在装配线应用的基础上,对柔性制造技术与仿真模拟技术展开详细分析,并对其国内外发展现状进行全面论述,最后对其在装配线上的应用展开了系统的实验论述。

The research and development of flexible manufacturing technology has important advantages in the production of small batches of multiple varieties of products.It can flexibly change the production process and provide different working methods for different products.Therefore,based on the application of flexible manufacturing simulation technology in assembly line,the flexible manufacturing technology and simulation technology were analyzed,and the development status at home and abroad were discussed comprehensively.Finally,a systematic experimental discussion on its application on the assembly line is launched.
