2020年的联合国维持和平人员国际日主题是"妇女参与维持和平:和平的关键"。重庆警方一直是中国维和行动的参与者和践行者,从2001年开始,重庆先后派出48名队员分别在东帝汶、利比里亚、科索沃、海地、塞浦路斯、南苏丹等多个联合国任务区执行维和任务,圆满完成各项光荣而艰巨的任务,为维护世界和平与发展作出积极贡献,也成为中国维和警察"无一遣返、无一违纪、无一战斗伤亡"记录的保持者和亲历者。
The theme of the International Day of UN Peacekeepers 2020 is"Women in Peacekeeping:A Key to Peace".The Chongqing police has always been a participant and practitioner of Chinese peacekeeping operations.Since 2001,Chongqing has sent 48 team members to perform peacekeeping missions in many UN mission areas including East Timor,Liberia,Kosovo,Haiti,Cyprus,and South Sudan and successfully completed various honorable and arduous missions,contributed to the maintenance of world peace and development,and become the record holder and witness of"no repatriation,no discipline violation,no combat casualties"among Chinese peacekeeping police.
