夏季,胶东人家吃面都是吃过水面。卤是用芸豆、菜豆、茄子等时令蔬菜做,有了守着海边的便利,赶一遭海,就放点蛤蜊肉在面条的卤里提提鲜味。面卤稍微温热些,就能吃得豆大的汗珠往下滚。过去几乎没有人吃麻汁面,因为没有麻汁,巧妇也难做。现在老农也很少种芝麻,因为很费功夫去侍弄,最后多半被鸟雀吃了。
Sesame noodles is a favorite summer food for us Yantai people.The truly home-made sesame noodles are cooked for us by our mothers.Cucumbers are cut into green,even and thin shreds and put in the plate.
