摘要 为提高跨海大桥工程的施工期风险管理水平,结合风险评估的模糊层次分析法(FAHP),基于BIM平台研发了跨海大桥施工BIM动态风险评估系统;该系统应用过程包括桥梁3D模型创建、风险水平FAHP计算、风险评估结果与BIM模型的链接、风险动态模拟等步骤,包含悬臂浇筑预应力混凝土梁、主墩承台施工等5个施工模拟模块,实现了施工过程风险水平的5D动态可视化;该系统的工程实践表明,通过专家意见与3D模型的交互,直观呈现不同施工形象进度时风险水平的变化,可提供给工程管理者在各施工阶段的风险警示,从而及时采取相应风险控制对策,改善风险管理效率。 In order to improve the level of risk management in the construction period of cross-sea bridge project,a dynamic risk assessment system of cross-sea bridge construction BIM is developed based on the BIM platform,combined with the risk assessment method of the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(FAHP).The application process of the system includes the steps of 3D model creation of bridge,FAHP calculation of risk level,link of risk assessment results and BIM model,dynamic risk simulation,etc.It includes five construction simulation modules,including cantilever casting of prestressed concrete beam,construction of main pier cap,etc.,which realizes the 5D dynamic visualization of risk level of construction process.The engineering practice of the system shows that through the interaction of expert opinion and 3D model,the change of risk level in different construction image progress can be visualized,which can provide risk warning for project managers in each construction stage,so as to take corresponding risk control measures in time and improve risk management efficiency.
