摘要
新型冠状病毒的突然而至,不但在一定时期内改变了每个中国人原有的生活方式,还将在一段时间内改变我们惯有的工作方式。习惯了以面授为主的法学教学模式,在疫情期间受到教学场域的影响,只能通过线上开展教学工作。在疫情结束后,我们有必要对传统的教学模式进行重新审视和反思,改进现有的教学方式,既要打破传统的教学思维定式,又要对法学实践课程作出适当的创新。以上改革必须着眼于法学教学的特殊性和专业性,在具体的路径设置上要符合培养“法治人才”这一主旨,通过“线上、线下”的互动实现教学相长。
The sudden arrival of the new coronavirus will not only change the way every Chinese lives for a certain period of time,but will also change the way we work for a certain period of time.We are accustomed to the law teaching mode based on face-to-face,but during the“epidemic”period,We were affected by the teaching field,so We could only carry out the teaching work online.After the“epidemic”,it is necessary for us to review and reflection of the traditional teaching mode,to improve the existing teaching should break the traditional teaching pattern of thinking,and to make proper innovation practice course of law,however,the above reform must focus on the particularity of law teaching and professional,on a specific path set to conform to the cultivation of“rule of law talents”this theme,by“online and offline”interactive teaching is learning.
