摘要
运用问卷调查和SPSS17.0统计软件对河北省乡村小学教师专业素养的发展现状进行全面、系统和深入的调查研究。结果显示,乡村小学教师队伍的整体情况是:学历水平有很大提升,教龄和职称结构合理,年龄结构呈年轻化趋势,教师学科背景复杂,学科结构不均衡;教师专业素养整体水平较高,但各维度发展不均衡;不同性别、年龄、教龄、职称和学历的教师在专业素养上存在着群体差异。
In this study,questionnaire survey and SPSS 17.0 statistical software were used to conduct a comprehensive,systematic and in-depth investigation on the current situation of the development of the teachers’professional quanlity of the rural primary school in Hebei Province.The results show that the overall situation of rural primary school teachers is that their educational level has been greatly improved,their teaching age and professional title structure are reasonable,their age structure is younger,their subject background is complex and their subject structure is unbalanced;the overall level of teachers’professional quality is higher,but the development of various dimensions of professional quality is unbalanced;in addition,different gender,age,etc.Teachers with teaching age,professional title and education have different levels and different types of group differences in professional accomplishment development.
