汽车产品CAD数据质量关键技术研究

Research on Key Technologies of CAD Data Quality of Automotive Product

对汽车产品计算机辅助设计(CAD)数据质量的关键技术进行了研究。在研究中,分析了汽车产品CAD数据质量存在的问题,构建了汽车产品CAD数据质量检查系统。针对汽车产品CAD数据质量,以行业技术标准为基础,利用几何质量检查工具软件和管理规则,确保对汽车产品CAD数据质量进行有效管控,同时不断提升汽车产品CAD数据质量,为汽车企业内部各车型产品CAD数据的正常应用提供基础性保障。

The key technologies of CAD data quality of the automotive product were studied.In the study,the existing issues on CAD data quality of the automotive product were analyzed,an inspection system for CAD data quality of the automotive product was set up.Aiming at the CAD data quality of the automotive product,based on technical standards in the industry,geometric quality inspection tool software and management rules were used to ensure effective control of CAD data quality of the automotive product.In the meantime,the CAD data quality of the automotive product was continuously upgraded to provide fundamental guarantee for the normal application of CAD data of various vehicle models within the automotive enterprise.
