以C汽车公司整车产品开发流程为基础,对汽车公司产品变更优化策略进行研究。在研究中,对C汽车公司整车产品开发流程中的风险及问题进行综合评估,通过先进的流程体系建设策略及敏捷的发布变更系统,匹配完善的项目管理、人员管理及变更管理,使整车产品变更合规、严肃,并且得以有效实施。所提出的汽车公司产品变更优化策略包括优化产品变更流程、构建产品变更系统、实现产品线全生命周期管理。

Based on the development process of entire vehicle product in automobile company C,the optimization strategies of product modification in an automobile company were investigated.In the research,the risks and problems in the development process of entire vehicle product in automobile company C were evaluated comprehensively.Through the development strategy of advanced process system and prompt release modification system,and with the support of perfect project management,personnel management and modification management,the modification of entire vehicle product becomes compliant and serious for effective implementation.The proposed optimization strategies of product modification in the automobile company include optimization of product modification process,establishment of a product modification system,and realization of the full life cycle management of the product line.
