摘要
介绍了上直叶下斜叶涡轮式组合搅拌器和直斜叶交替涡轮式组合搅拌器的结构及尺寸。基于计算流体动力学方法,选用Laminar模型对这两种涡轮式组合搅拌器的搅拌混合效果进行数值模拟研究,得到速度矢量图、速度云图和速度分布曲线图。研究结果表明,直斜叶交替涡轮式组合搅拌器的混合效果更好。
The structures and dimensions of the turbo type combined agitator with upper straight blade/lower inclined blade and the turbotype combined agitator with alternative straight/inclined blade were introduced.Based on the computational fluid dynamics method,the Laminar model was used for numerical simulation study on the agitation and mixing effects of the two turbo type combined agitators to obtain the speed vector diagrams,speed cloud maps and speed curves.The findings show that the mixing effect of the turbotype combined agitator with alternative straight/inclined blade is better.
