摘要
针对薄壁腔体加工中产生变形、精度降低、开口位置结构无法成形等问题,提出了一种蜘蛛网格工艺。设计了工艺流程和专用工装夹具,选用了加工设备和刀具,编制了加工程序。通过三维仿真验证了蜘蛛网格工艺的合理性和有效性。
Aiming at the problems in the processing of the thin walled cavity such as deformation,loss of accuracy,and inability to form the notch structure,a spider grid process was proposed.The process flow and special tooling fixtures were designed,processing equipment and tools were selected,and processing programs were compiled.The three dimensional simulation verifies the rationality and effectiveness of the spider grid process.
