摘要
针对100 MW高压汽轮机组169 mm动叶片频繁发生断裂这一问题,进行了强度分析与断裂原因分析,并提出了改进措施。对改进后的169 mm动叶片进行振动特性计算与分析,确认了改进措施的有效性。
Aiming at the problem that the 169 mm rotor blade of the 100 MW high pressure turbine unit frequently broke,the strength analysis and the breakage cause were analyzed,and corrective measures were proposed.Calculation and analysis of the vibration characteristics of the improved 169 mm rotor blade confirmed the effectiveness of the corrective measures.
