摘要
文章介绍了一种基于国家级地面气象观测站主站和备份站状态信息的分钟级实时监控系统。系统应用TCP通信、SOA组件、短信服务中间件和串口设备联网等技术,将广义的自动气象站及其附属支撑系统如不间断电源(UPS)、气象通信网络、业务计算机、业务软件、数据文件生成及传输等运行状态纳入监控内容。建立了省、县2级直接联动的运行监控业务流程,实现了陕西省99个国家级地面气象观测站在不同设备型号组合模式下的双套自动气象站分钟级实时监控及预警信息自动发布,有效提高了自动气象站及其附属支撑系统故障响应处理时效。
This paper introduces a minute level real-time monitoring system based on the status information of the main station and the backup station of the national ground meteorological observation station.By applying technologies of TCP communication,SOA components,SMS middleware and serial device networking,the system could monitor the operation status of the generalized automatic weather station and its supporting systems such as uninterruptible power supply(UPS),meteorological communication network,business computer,business software,data file generation and transmission etc.The operation monitoring business process of the direct linkage between the provincial and county levels are established.And the real-time monitoring and minute-level early warning information of two sets of automatic weather stations are issued automatically under different equipment model combinations of 99 national-level ground meteorological observatories in Shaanxi province,which would improve the effectiveness of fault response of automatic weather station and its auxiliary supporting system.
