摘要
教育扶贫是贫困人口基本项目、试点项目和基础工程的准确教育,脱贫攻坚收官之年2020年的到来标志着决胜脱贫的愿望即将实现.治贫先治愚,扶贫先扶教,通过对我国教育扶贫发展进行研讨,从教育扶贫的发展历程、内涵、理论研究、模式研究、价值意义、困境分析与对策研究等方面进行了研究综述.并结合当前我国的教育扶贫走向,从教育属性的角度探讨了目前处理教育扶贫问题还需注重的地方,期望能助力全面决战决胜脱贫攻坚收官之战,实现稳脱贫、防返贫、控新贫.
Poverty education is the accurate education of basic items,pilot projects and basic projects for the poor.The coming of 2020,the year of Getting Out of Poverty,means that the desire to overcome poverty is coming true.Conquer poverty before you conquer folly,develop education before you help the poor.Based on the discussion on the development of poverty alleviation through education in our country,this paper makes a research summary from the aspects of the development process,connotation,theoretical research,model research,value and significance,dilemma analysis and countermeasure research of poverty alleviation through education.Based on the current trend of poverty alleviation through education in our country,this paper discusses the aspects that need to be paid attention to from the perspective of education attribute in order to solve the problem of poverty alleviation through education,hoping to help the all-round Getting Out of Poverty to win the decisive battle,and to realize the goal of stabilizing the poverty alleviation,preventing the return of poverty and controlling the new poverty.
