2015年河北省18岁及以上居民吸烟与戒烟行为现状调查

The present situation of smoking and smoking cessation behaviors among residents (≥ 18 years old) of Hebei Province in 2015

目的了解2015年河北省18岁及以上居民吸烟与戒烟行为现状,为下一步制定控烟方案提供科学依据。方法于2015年采用多阶段整群随机抽样方法,抽取河北省13个慢性病及其危险因素监测点的8162名18岁及以上居民为调查对象,问卷调查吸烟与戒烟相关情况。采用SPSS 24.0进行χ2检验和方差分析。结果本次调查共纳入有效研究对象8159人,2015年河北省≥18岁人群加权后现在吸烟率为28.19%,男性现在吸烟率(52.90%)高于女性(3.42%),农村(30.01%)高于城市(25.92%)。加权后现在每日吸烟率为24.63%,其中男性(46.60%)高于女性(2.60%),农村(26.15%)高于城市(22.73%)。每日吸烟者开始吸烟的平均年龄为20.05岁,男性(19.89岁)早于女性(22.76岁);每日吸烟者日均吸烟量为16.42支。18岁及以上男性吸烟者中,戒烟率为13.52%,成功戒烟率为9.14%,打算戒烟率为32.10%。18岁及以上非吸烟者的二手烟暴露率为56.57%。结论河北省成人吸烟率较高,尤其是年轻男性,开始吸烟年龄早,成功戒烟率低,在今后控烟工作中应重点关注该人群,制定针对性的控烟措施,以提高河北省控烟工作成效。

Objective To understand the present situation of smoking and smoking cessation behaviors among residents(≥18 years old)of Hebei Province in 2015,and to provide the scientific basis for making the protocol of controlling smoke.Methods In2015,the multi-stage random cluster sampling method was used to select 8162 residents(≥18 years old)in 13 surveillance points of chronic diseases and risk factors in Hebei Province as the subjects.The investigation was performed with questionnaire about smoking and smoking cessation.The t test and ANOVA were used to analyze the data.The used software was SPSS 24.0.Results A total of 8159 subjects were included in this investigation,after complex weighting,the morbidity of current smoking in residents(≥18 years old)of Hebei Province in 2015 was 28.19%,the male morbidity(52.90%)was higher than the female morbidity(3.42%),the rural morbidity(30.01%)was higher than the urban morbidity(25.92%).After complex weighting,the morbidity of current daily smoking was 24.63%,the male morbidity(46.60%)was higher than the female morbidity(2.60%),the rural morbidity(26.15%)was higher than the urban morbidity(22.73%).The average starting age in smokers with daily smoking was 20.05 years old,the average starting age(19.89 years old)in male smokers with daily smoking was earlier than that(22.76 years old)in female smokers with daily smoking.Average daily cigarette consumption of current daily smokers was 16.42 cigarettes.Among male smokers(≥18 years old),the smoking cessation rate was 13.52%,the successful smoking cessation rate was 9.14%,the planned quitting rate was 32.10%.The second-hand smoking exposure rate of non-smokers(≥18 years old)was 56.57%.Conclusion The smoking rate of adults in Hebei Province was high,especially in young males,the starting age of smoking was early and successful smoking cessation rate was low.In the further tobacco control work,it should be paid attention to this group.Targeted tobacco control measures should be formulated to improve the effectiveness of tobacco control in Hebei Province.
