摘要
目前最大的电动铲板式支架搬运车载重量已无法满足100t级的液压支架的安装与回撤工作,基于此,研制了100t级的WXP100防爆特殊型铅酸蓄电池铲板式搬运车。对车架的强度进行深入分析,建立了铲板式搬运车车架三维模型,采用有限元软件ANSYS对铲板式搬运车在7种不同运行工况下进行了静强度仿真分析,认为铲板式搬运车的强度满足使用要求。并通过与试验数据对比,验证了有限元分析的正确性,可作为进一步优化的基础。
At present,the weight of the largest electric spade plate bracket cannot meet the installation and withdrawal of 100t level hydraulic support,Based on this,a wxp100 explosion-proof special type of lead-acid battery shovel plate carrier is developed.Conduct in-depth analysis on the strength of the frame,A 3D model of the frame is established,and the finite element software ANSYS is used to simulate and analyze its static strength under seven different operating conditions.The results show that,strength of the truck meets the application requirements.Through comparing with the test data,the correctness of the finite element analysis is verified,which can be used as the basis for optimization.
