东露天煤矿槽仓三维有限元变形分析 被引量:1

摘要 结合工程算例,运用弹塑性理论开发三维并行有限元计算程序,选择合理本构模型,对平朔东露天煤矿槽仓支护方案进行了数值模拟。结果表明:开挖段开挖完成后,槽仓两侧壁上部塌缩下部突出,整体变形上为滑动趋势;回填段回填完成后,发生的变形主要为重力方向的变形,南北水平方向的变形相对较小,较大的垂直变形主要发生在靠近边坡朝里的一侧;开挖回填完成后,槽仓结构的最大变形发生在槽仓东侧提升间结构的上端和下端,在上端变形显示为向外膨胀,而在下端为对内挤压。利用三维并行有限元计算方法进行槽仓开挖回填过程的数值模拟研究具有可行性,模拟结果满足工程以及理论上的基本要求,与实际工程测量结果大致吻合。 Based on an engineering example,a 3D parallel finite element calculation program is developed based on elasticplastic theory,and reasonable constitutive models are selected and the numerical simulation is carried out on support scheme of coal bunker in Donglutian Coal Mine is performed.The results show that the upper part of the two side walls of the groove bin collapses and the lower part protrudes,and the overall deformation is in a sliding trend when the excavation section is completed.The deformation occurs mainly in the direction of gravity,the deformation in the north-south horizontal direction is relatively small,the larger vertical deformation occurs mainly near the side of the slope inward when the backfill section is completed.The maximum deformation of the silo structure occurs at the upper and lower ends of the structure at the east side of the coal bunker,showing outward expansion at the upper end and inward extrusion at the lower end when the excavation backfill is completed.It is feasible to use 3D parallel finite element numerical simulation on the trench excavation backfilling.The simulation results meet the basic requirements of engineering and theory,and are in approximate agreement with the actual engineering measurement results.
