张家峁煤矿水压致裂初次放顶机理和效果分析研究 被引量:3

摘要 针对张家峁煤矿15209工作面开切眼推进过程中顶板初次垮落困难的问题,通过现场实测、理论分析、三维布孔模型,并结合5-2煤层顶板节理裂隙不发育,工作面煤层不稳定、夹矸多的具体情况,在保证煤壁和两巷顶帮稳定性的同时确定顶板水压致裂方案。为此,采取三维空间优化布孔方式,进行顶板水压致裂并贯通各钻孔之间裂隙进而破碎顶板。根据工作面顶板压力在线监测和煤壁、两帮变形等现场实测数据分析,方案应用效果良好。 Aiming at the difficulty of initial top coal caving during open off cut advancing of 15209 working face in Zhangjiamao Coal Mine,field measurement,theoretical analysis and three dimensional hole model analysis are carried out,combining with the fact that the joints and cracks in the roof of the 5-2 coal seam are not developed,the coal seam on the working face is unstable and sandwiched with gangue,the roof hydrofracturing scheme is determined to ensure the stability of coal wall and working face roadways’roof and rib.The optimized 3 D space borehole layout is used for the roof hydrofracturing which connects the cracks between boreholes.According to the on-line monitoring of working face roof pressure,and the coal wall and rib deformation,favorable effect has been achieved.
